An empowerment campaign to prepare for and safely defend our rights during encounters with Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Red Cards
All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. Red Cards are extremely practical, wallet-sized tools that let agents know immigrants are aware of, and willing to exercise their constitutional rights.
Yellow Cards
Rapid Response Networks act to provide witness to ICE activities and offer legal assistance to victims where and when possible. Documentation of ICE immigrant encounters can provide important evidence in later immigration deportation hearings.
