ICE is ramping up immigrant arrests at courthouses by colluding with judges to “dismiss” cases so that individuals will become eligible for immediate deportation. Learn how this cynical tactic is playing out, and how we can use our presence in and outside the immigration courtrooms in Concord and San Francisco to defend due process and help protect immigrants from abusive ICE operations.

This training will provide techniques of courtroom observation along with appropriate legal tactics for immigrants to employ in this new, increasingly repressive era. If possible, we suggest you attend with friends to form a cluster that can keep collective eyes on the courtroom as well as on the immigrant’s safe passage from the Court building.
